That is a matter of interpretation..where intent and context is lost in text as opposed to speaking with someone. It can be taken many ways..you chose to take it one way as many will see it differently. Either way..it goes back to the point of "why was there a structure in alliance".

What I said was ask you leadership...what you have done is make an arbitrary interpretation of intent based on a conversation without context when written down, and with no objectivity, if You wish I could give you an interpretation of the statement regarding need to help PIRAT may indicate that Khrom's concerns were that PIRAT principally were at risk from you but is confident of their ability to handle it.
